All our inventories are presented in a bound document with a
copy for both Landlord & Tenant, and carry a disclaimer so there is no
confusion for any parties involved.
The inventory describes the condition of your property
along with the current decor, fixtures & fittings. It also
identifies any changes in the condition of the property to
quickly resolve any financial implications for either
landlord or tenant.
